Researchers at the University of La Rioja (UR) and the Centre for Research and Technology of Agro-Environmental and Biological University of Tras-os-Montes e Alto Douro (UTAD, Portugal) have developed and patented a new system (Fast Clone ID) to identify vine varieties and clones.
