**SYMPOSIUM "MINERALITY IN WINES"



Barcelona hosts, on 26 June, the first International Symposium on the perception of minerality in the wines. During a morning studying the minerality, the influence of soil and climate or how involved the winemaker will be discussed. The Symposium will feature speakers such as Ferran Centelles (AIWS), David Molina (AIWS), Sarah Jane Evans (MW), José de Haro, Antonio Palacios, Juan Ramón Lissarrague or Sam Harrop.
