**WINNING PRODUCT OF THE ENOMAQ 2023 TECHNICAL NEWS COMPETITION**

Uvapress is an original grape press, compact, portable and made of stainless steel, which confers it a very long shelf life. Its function is to facilitate and professionalize sampling and pressing of grapes for ripening controls since it always applies the same pressing force: uniform, total on all berries and homogeneous with a yield of 60%; thus obtaining a must without seeds and without skins much cleaner and faster than if the same work were done in a classical way.
