PLUXCOMPACT - BENTONITE for white and rosé wines 1 Kg
Pluxcompact is a special bentonite, whose activation rate can be compared with that of sodium bentonites, but with a sediment volume similar to that of calcium bentonites. This allows it, even at low doses, to achieve good clarifying and deproteinizing efficacy with a very small percentage of delias.
Dose:
White and pink wines and musts: from 10 to 200 g / hL
Red wines: from 15 to 20 g / hL
Spirits: from 10 to 40 g / hL
