Positive clarifier.
Proveget QUIT is a natural solution for the elimination of oxidizable polyphenols. It acts against catechins and leucoanthocyanids, preventing the wine from evolving into oxidized tones and decreasing the need for sulfur as an antioxidant.
It can be applied to potentially oxidizable musts by harvest effect, or of more oxidative varieties.
In altered wines it returns the yellowish and pale tones. In all the wines it collaborates to its best evolution over time.
DOSAGE:
Musts: 20 - 80 g/hl
Wines: 20 - 80 g/hl
