SULFUR INHIBITOR 125mL



The sulfur INHIBITOR is a sulfur dioxide (SO2) complexing in wines that inhibits its detection in Ripper method to limit interference produced by polyphenols and antioxidants as C-Vitamin (Ascorbic Acid).



Dosing and timing:

Leave on actuation 2ml of INHIBITOR during 15 minutes in 25ml sample.



Using method:

1. Determine the free or total SO2 from the sample and jot down its result.

2. Prepare a second sample with the same wine and add 2ml of INHIBITOR, tap it, shake it and let it actuate during 15min.

3. After that time proceed like a normal free SO2 analysis and jot down again its result.

4. RESULT: Take from the first titration the result of the second and will obtain the real (free or total) SO2 from the sample withouut interferences.
