Viniferm - 104 are liquid cultures of lactic bacteria ready for use and adapted to wine conditions. They are in optimal conditions to initiate malolactic fermentation from the moment of inoculation.
Dose:
Viniferm œ 104 is presented in packages of:
1L: Dose for 10,000 liters of wine (100hl).
500 ml: Dose for 5,000 liters of wine (50hl).
30 ml: Dose for barrel (225 L).
